Children are like sponges. They absorb things quickly and easily – far more easily than we do as adults. In fact, parents can sometimes see a difference in their kids after just one martial arts class. Each additional class they attend increases their knowledge and growth.


KIDS MARTIAL ARTS

We offer classes for different age ranges. In these classes, students will be continuing to earn belts at different levels as they learn the elements of Kickboxing. This includes self defense, self discipline and respect. Students will do a variety of bag work combined with cardio and strength training drills and techniques. The kids have a fun and exciting workout while getting strong and working toward their black belt.
