1 On 1 Boxing Lessons will help you develop strength, technique, weight loss, body transformation, stress release and much more!! A workout schedule of 1 to 2 lessons per week is recommended to achieve maximum results. Students are encouraged to train with us at their own pace. Tito Santos Academy prides itself on working with all levels from beginners to advanced. For those interested in learning how to spar we also teach controlled sparring for both fitness and self defense!!
To students who are looking to improve a certain technique or a specific aspect of Muay Thai, we suggest to inform the staff/management in advance so that the trainer can be instructed, and one’s goal can be met.
